Autumn Updates and future plans

It’s been a busy couple of months at the hall as we move forward in improving the facilities. Thanks to funding from the Tamar Valley AONB we have recently installed a baby changing unit that is accessible to everyone as well as two solar powered lights to increase visibility at the main entrances as the nights draw in.  We have further improvements to the toilet facilities happening right now as well a major revamp planned for the future.  A second

Hall update July

Hello everyone, it has been a busy and successful couple of months as the hall continues to push forward. There were many successful events held in the hall during the festival week and it was great for the committee to see the hall actively being used for community events.  We have received several donations recently, the biggest of which was from the Albaston Fete who donated a fantastic £400 from their coffers.   I have recently had a quote to replace

I would especially like to thank Paul Renfree who not only helped us get the paint cheaper, he also donated the first few pots, and to Clive Frederick-Preece who’s various ladders and scaffolding made the job

The start of a make-over

We have finalised times for the decoration preparation weekend. There will be 8 sessions over a three day period with two committee members present to help co-ordinate efforts to get the hall ready for a new lick of paint and some fresh life. We would love for you to join us for as little or as long as you can. Any buckets or blocks to help with sanding would also be appreciated. The times for each session are: Friday 3rd
